Managed architectural design, coordination, and delivery for a wide range of high-profile residential and
commercial developments. Key projects include:
• Roshn Library (200, 000+ units): Lead architect for master planning, ensuring timely delivery by
improving workflow processes and managing client communications and contracts. Kinan Villas (165 villas, 70, 000+ sqm): Directed concept design and 3D modeling, resulting in cost
saving measures through innovative use of materials. Retal Centre (32, 000+ sqm): Developed concept plans and presentations, collaborating with
the contracting team to stay within budgetary constraints. As well as, preparing concept ideas, architectural plans,
sections, , overseeing booklet design for marketing, and conducted
the feasibility study for this mixed-use commercial and office project. Roshn Premium Villas (200+ units): Oversaw architectural drawings and client communication,
ensuring smooth progress on all phases of construction.
• Ewan Sedra (120+ units), Retal / Roshn: Assisted the team working on the project in the concept design,
documentation, and presentation for this unique project.
• Ranco Square (9, 000 sqm): Assisted the project management, coordination, and the schematic design team for
this mixed-use commercial and office project.
• Mawan Square (16, 000 sqm): Managed project management and coordination for this mixed-use
commercial and office project.
• Canary Square (3, 000 sqm): Managed project management and coordination for this mixed-use
commercial and office project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearheaded a development group focused on improving team collaboration and workflow, optimizing
project delivery times.
• Worked with contracting and budget teams, ensuring projects were delivered within scope and cost.
• Hosted and attended executive-level meetings with stakeholders at Roshn, playing a key role in
strategic planning and decision-making.
• Mentored trainees, offering guidance, monitoring their progress, and facilitating their professional
growth.
• Drafted and reviewed RFPs (Request for Proposals) to secure contracts for key projects.

I worked with a team in two interior design projects, a restaurant and a hotel’s room.

I worked in Jeddah’s Water Park project. I have designed plans, elevations, 3d models.

Also, I participated in two innovative projects for entertainment parks.

I worked on-site to supervise and report works progress in new construction buildings, re-innovate buildings, and newly constructed buildings.
