Coordinated the tasks for a team of 5-9 persons. Allocated the team, Explained the business needs to the team, Supported the team technically. Worked on three levels application, setup and design.

Coded different programs for small companies. Worked with a team of three technical team leaders to develop internal standards like coding style, naming conventions and GUI. Developed and converted systems from English to Arabic and vise versa.
