-Esblish foriegn and domestic supplies
-Examin calalogs, commerce publications in order to find right suppliers
-Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service
-prepare and process purchasing orders locally and overseas
-coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery

-Assist sales manager leading, directing, and motivating sales team
-Assist sales manager by compleating all assigned duties
-Assist with sales Reps. questions, concerns, and product questions
-follow up and check order delivery
-calculate the gas mileage for sales reps.
-credit and pay back customers refund
-solve customers complains regarding delivery issues

-Recieve inbound calls from participants (residential, commercials) regarding the service
-Document all calls regarding participants inquires using call tracking system
-follow up with the participants within 24 hours period
-promote and tele-market the service over the phone
-credit and take care of loyal and valuable custmers
-prmote team work and call center services

-Account payable
-Account Receivable
-prepare income tax and social security deductions
-prepare end of period accounts for retired employees

-Receive the inventory
-count and audit the inventory according to the purchasing order
-stock and order the inventory as required
-check and re-order the inventory as required
-issue input and output vouchers
