Work with the Risk Management team and external vendors such as Moody’s, Prometeia, Misys,
etc., to implement and automate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Asset Liability
Management (ALM), Market Risk, Compliance, and Treasury software.
- Work with the Information Technology team to design and develop integrated data warehouses
on SAP BW, SQL Server, and Oracle by merging source data from various in-house and external
applications such as Misys Sophis, Misys Compliance, Moody’s ERM, SAP CML, and SAP
OMS.
- Develop and monitor Market Risk, ALM, Treasury, Middle Office and Investment reports using
SAP BO Web Intelligence, Tableau and MS Excel.
- Develop a database to facilitate data delivery to rating agencies i.e. S&P, Moody’s, & Fitch.
- Work with multiple divisions in the Risk Management department such as Credit Risk, Market
Risk, Operational Risk, Portfolio Risk, and Middle Office to gain a thorough understanding of
the risk triumvirate of Treasury, Finance and Risk.
- Support the Operational Risk team in IT Security, Governance, and Business Continuity
Management (BCM) evaluations and Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) activities.
- Coordinate between Risk Management and IT team for SAP OMS and CML implementation
- Lead the Risk Management Social Committee and organize team building activities and events
- Successfully implemented an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system (Alfresco) and integrated Jira with ECM

• Interact with marketing, sales, policy and claims teams and design and develop data models and cubes using SQL Server 2012, SSAS and SSMS to support online campaign, quote, policy and claim tracking data.
• Develop and maintain the data flow from external providers (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc) for the marketing team to keep track of online campaigns.
• Create and maintain reports using SSRS and Tableau to gather insights on marketing campaigns, online insurance quotes, policies sold and claims filed.
•Design and develop a data warehouse to manage online marketing data imported from an advertising management firm (Marin Software) using SSIS, SQL Server and FTP.
•Manage the backend architecture for the Strongmail email marketing tool used for sending marketing emails to Pearl.com customers using SSIS, PostGres, MySQL and SQL Server.
•Support the primary database for the online marketing (PPC) team using SQL Server, SSIS and Flux.
