Preshutdown and during shutdown material arrangements.
a) Identification, marking and tagging on equipments & pipelines to be relocate with the coordination of client.
b) proper storage of dismantled Equipment parts, jewelry like on-skid and off-skid instruments,
valves and piping spools.
c) Maintaining proper inventory record of all dismantled material with snaps on daily basis.
d) Dispatching of all dismantled material from Turk to Naimat West Field.
e) Issuance of all Dismantled items area wise for erection.
f) Reconciliation of all items with client.
Material Planning & involves in pre-shutdown activities i.e. pre-job
arrangements And reconciliation of consumable & non-consumable material.
Manage/ Supervise Store/ Warehouse and personnel.
Material Planning and supervision of construction activities at site.
Maintained a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assisted in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
Inspection physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepared work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
Screening and hiring warehouse personnel and issue work assignments.
Receipt goods from Client, Suppliers or vendor at Project site.
Proper storage at project site and Issuance to concern departments.
Receiving of goods from ISP stores, site purchase at project site.
Return of goods to ISP store.
Calculation of BOQ, Maintain ledgers.
Inventory of Client Material & Reconciliation.
Record of dispatch notes for incoming & outgoing goods.
Material Issuing to sub contractors.
Verification of invoices with back charges detail for Sub-Contractors.
