• Assist COO, Country manager & HR Manager in the execution of process and maintain high levels of proficiency.
• Conduct research execute HR administrative work & use discretion, tact, diplomacy & judgement in absence of superiors & maintain a daily task agenda / to do list.

• Manage events & dates for ads, newspaper ads, MEBS Website, Facebook Page, Twitter, Mass messaging, liaise with vendors for company give away.
• Developing HR training materials, translations, corporate meetings & maintaining minutes of the meetings.
• Recruiting bulk manpower as per client’s requirement.
• Develop new business opportunities with GPOs and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
