• Conduct candidates’ searches for specific assignments.
• Research in-house, subscribed-to, and other internet based databases for appropriate candidates.
• Filter surfaced candidates and agree the targeted candidates shortlist.
• Notify targeted candidates about the relevant opportunity.
• Communicate with the interested candidates to get all the needed information and documents.
• Conduct initial phone calls with the targeted candidates.
• Send candidates’ profiles and results to the Clients.
• Manage the second interviews for the shortlisted candidates (candidate - client interview).
• Maintain up-to-date client records for each client and candidate showing all main contact names
and information.
• Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are supplied in the agreed format to the Client at
the agreed time.
• Follow up with the candidate until the day of joining the new.
•Facilitate the coordination between multiple freelance teams, ensuring smooth flow by conducting regular
scrum meetings and following up

Handle several accounts for companies of the below industries: Health & Beauty, Engineering,
Construction & Contracting, F&B, Retail, Sales & Marketing, Finance and IT for Lebanese, GCC, South
Africa and Europe markets.
