2006 - Present : AECS, Technical Services Section, Networks & Telecommunications Departmentm.
Supervision of Research & Development and networking group of Windows and Cisco systems. Mange the annual working plan and operating budget for the Research & Development and networking group.
Manage operations of Information Technology, Network/Systems Management, Solutions and Integration, Successfully develop and launch internal policies and procedures instrumental in achieving corporate goals.
Proactively supported IT Network Operations group performance enhancements through strategic reorganization, sound management, and the development and implementation of improved human resource allocation practices and operational processes.
Assistant human resources in hiring new employees.
Manage a number of plans related to improve the centralized network using Cisco routers, switches, also HP switches.
Evaluated technology vendor’s tenders and closely supervised delivery of services.

Undergoing Key Projects
1) SEO - Search Engine Optimization. A study, introducing the concept and the benefits of applying it at work. Duration: 01 January 2017 to 01 June 2017.
2) CRM - Customer Relationship Management. A study, introducing the concept. Duration: 01 July 2017 to 01 December 2017.
Key Achievements
Project: Successfully built an Ms Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit based forest from scratch, without interrupting the old forest which was based on Ms Windows Server 2003 and working on the same physical platform. Hardware used: IBM System x3650 M3 & M2 Servers.
Initiate the Research & Development and networking group of Windows and Cisco systems.
Initiate distribution of staff in Networks and Telecommunications Department at the company's various centres.
Project: Develop and manage a solution to categorize by type of work the personal computers on two child locations, which resulted in dividing every subnet into two Vlans with access list to control traffic. Hardware used: HP procurve 5400zl, HP procurve 2626.
Install, configure and manage Spiceworks network inventory and monitor solution. Install SolarWinds LAN surveyor, and SolarWinds IP Address Tracker.
Upgrading workstations of users to Ms Windows 7 (over 1200 PCs).
Install, configure and manage Kaspersky Antivirus administration kit on a single server with over 650 nodes.
Initiate a scheduled preventive maintenance.

Project: Design of data logger system. Hardware used: 80c535 Microcontroller from Siemens. Software used: Basic language and LABview.
