developing of King Abdul Aziz international airport, cost 7, 700 billion USD ,
the most mega project in the Midlle east, manpower 15000, contractors 100, the Main contractor is SBG - Client :(Authority Of civil aviation -DAR AL HANDASAH - K.S.A).
-conduct safety meeting weekly &daily with my 20 SBG zones safety managers of KAIA project.
Responsible, for a team of 25 zone manager report to me, 20 Safety engineer and 130 Safety Officers.
-Maintain and develop SMS as per international standards and guidance like OHSAS 18001 &HGS65
-Organize and chair all Health & safety internal meetings and communicate consulting correspondence as reviewed and discussed and make action plan.
-Maintain all reports and statistical before submit weekly and monthly statistics and metrics.
-Develop and stablish of permit to work system to become reality a part of project process.
-Follow up all commissioning and testing process at site work and put my technical/ safety comments.
-Maintain and Reviewing all submittals (method statement, risk assessment, plans.. ) regarding commissioning and tests stages at the project .
-Managing contractors and ensure all bids documents include HSE requirements.
Negotiate all HSE requirements into contracts with contractors before starting and follow up them.
-Maintain training program include all project activities, also induction orientation for new staff.
- excellent awareness of international codes and standards like :iso 14001, ASME, NFPA, NBBI , Api, CWA, DOT, RCRA.
-Maintain gab analysis and action plans and set corrective actions at a specific time, daily planning
- Maintain traffic management & escorting procedures for loading heavy equipment to storage yards.
Proactive investigation and aggressive incident analysis.
Maintain equipment monthly inspection record.
Prepare safety manual, safety plan & risk assessment.
Responsible for over all management HSE Dep reporting.
Full background for all safety management procedures in (parsons royal commission).
Handle all transactions with the client (Royall Commission parsons &Marafiq) Yanbu al senyia.
Carry out regular site safety inspections and weekly audits
Ensure that all bid documents include HSE requirements
Negotiate safety requirements for contracts with contractors before initial works &follow up.
Make sure that the Contractors safety staff is sufficient.
Review/comment/approve Contractors submittals relevant to HSE such as HSE
Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments
Excellent experiences in using sheet piles (shoring system)
Outstanding for all stages of sewage, drainage, sanitary plant, potable water, lifting stations works .
Oversight piping & thrust boring at road way with detour plan& precautions.
