Managing projects throughout their life cycle from business inception all the way to successful implementation.
- Project Planning and Management - Define project scope and schedule; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects

• SAP Implementation for Egyptian Railways which is considered the biggest SAP implementation in the Middle East (10 M USD Budget and 1, 000 users) encompassing the following modules:
- FICO
• Roll out SAP over 5 geographical regions
• Integration between SAP and another 3 systems
- Tickets & Reservation
- Freight Management
- Fleet Operation Management
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Status Reporting: As per the project guidelines I will provide status reporting to both the client and the internal stakeholder of his own organization.
(ii)Process Owner Communication / Liaison: I will be required to communicate with the business process owners.
(iii) Work Assignment: I will be responsible for assigning the work (which is actually the service request or tickets) to the team members and also will continuously monitor their timely closure.
(iv)Quality Control / Approvals: I will also be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables and will provide approvals if necessary.
Apart from these I will be responsible for managing the other soft issues like he training and development needs of my team members, their appraisal etc and will plan the resource deployment strategy for future
