- Develop design briefs according to client requirements;
- Reply and issue of Request for Proposals (RFPs);
- Performing prequalification exercises for consultants and contractors including bidders’ shortlisting process;
- Develop and monitor projects plans and scope of services;
- Review of design packages from conceptual to tender packages including the participation in design workshops;
- Liaising with different disciplines involved in the design process;
- Performing value engineering exercises and validation of variation orders;
- Lead the development and formulation of the company strategy and the long term business plan;
- Manage the advancement of the company action plan that boost the business value to Stakeholders;
- Development and implementation of the company Balanced Score Card system to measure and manage the performance of the business;
