Exposure to Master planning, Infrastructure, marine, architecture, urban design, landscape and interior design projects. Contribution to the company’s business development and strategy planning, business proposals, leadership initiation, developing policies, processes, procedures, controls and guidelines, budgets and cost control, performance management, organisational structure development, risk management, innovation initiatives, management of information and reporting. Involvement in medium and large scale residential and entertainment projects in United Arab Emirates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop design briefs according to client requirements;
- Reply and issue of Request for Proposals (RFPs);
- Performing prequalification exercises for consultants and contractors including bidders’ shortlisting process;
- Develop and monitor projects plans and scope of services;
- Review of design packages from conceptual to tender packages including the participation in design workshops;
- Liaising with different disciplines involved in the design process;
- Performing value engineering exercises and validation of variation orders;
- Lead the development and formulation of the company strategy and the long term business plan;
- Manage the advancement of the company action plan that boost the business value to Stakeholders;
- Development and implementation of the company Balanced Score Card system to measure and manage the performance of the business;
- Identification of strategic options, preliminary negotiations and implementation of strategic agreements between the company and business partners.
Exposure to master planning, urban design, landscape, architecture and interior design projects. Involvement in medium and large scale mixed use, residential, hotel resorts, retail, office and entertainment schemes in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Ghana.
Main Responsibilities:
-Development of project scope of work statements and managing schematic design;
-Preparation of project estimates and schedules;
-Management of construction documents preparation for bidding;
-Evaluation of bids, consultants and contractors prequalification;
-Plan review and management of consultants and contractors activities for medium and large scale projects;
-Coordination of key milestone deliverables for project completion in relation to quality, time and cost of design and construction till achieving an amicable resolution
Exposure to master planning, urban design and landscape projects. Involvement embraces large scale mixed use, residential, entertainment and industrial schemes in England.
Main Responsibilities:
-Management of design reviews of deteriorated industrial, residential and waterfront urban regeneration projects.
-Collaboration with consultants to evaluate conservation, restoration, transformation and upgrading of large-scale masterplans initiatives.
-Evaluation of development strategies, design guidelines and action plans.
-Preparation of landscape design impact assessments ensuring the liveability and sustainability of new developments.
-Leading environmental and visual impact assessments for landscape and urban developments.
Exposure to master planning, urban design, landscape, architecture and interior design projects. Involvement encloses small, medium and large scale residential and industrial schemes in Egypt.
Main Responsibilities:
-Management of design and construction deliverables in accordance with projects requirements and Client’s expectations;
-Coordination of design and construction matters between key projects stakeholders including clients, design teams, specialist consultants and Contractors.
-Monitoring design teams and contractors’ performance as well as design and construction processes.
Exposure to master planning, urban design and architecture projects. Involvement grasps medium and large scale hotel resorts, residential, retail and entertainment schemes in Egypt, Sudan and Algeria.
Main Responsibilities:
-Preparation of complete design packages from conceptual to construction documentation.
-Performing clients meetings, presentations and discussions.
-Coordination of design outputs and building regulations requirements.
-Conducting site supervisions and inspections to insure quality of construction.
-Facilitating design requirements technical support for construction sites.
Exposure to architecture and interior design projects. Involvement encloses small and medium scale residential schemes in Egypt.
Main Responsibilities:
-Preparation of design concepts, design development, working drawings and detailed BOQs.
-Preforming construction sites inspections during construction and upon handing of projects for quality control and quality assurance.
-Assisting in coordination activities with different consultants and contractors for design and construction matters in consideration of budget and time schedules.
Exposure to architecture and interior design projects. Involvement embraces small and medium scale residential and retail schemes in Egypt.
Main Responsibilities:
-Conducting researches on new materials and construction technologies available.
-Preparation of material specifications for projects endorsed by design architects for submittal to construction estimators.
-Requests for quotations on materials and services and helps in Procurement.
-Scheduling and facilitating product demonstration by suppliers.
-Setting up and maintaining electronic and physical material library for the use of architects, interior designers and planners.
-Manages the records of Project Numbers and assists the principals in preparing Project Proposals and Bids. Requests for proposals from consultants.
-Coordination activities between the design office and construction sites.

-Preparation of design presentation packages for housing projects.
-Detailed architectural scale models making.
