Company operation vary from manufacturing industrial gases and relatively large fleet operations with the required support functions,
In addition to leading HR and Administration teams, Developing HR strategy, mid, short term objectives to address organizational performance strategy, Other internal practices with focus on employee engagement, communication, and management restructure
Also as a member to regional HR team I participate into MEA Hr strategy, challenges and programs.
HR Manager, Manufacturing
Appointed as first HR manger for the site, to meet current and upcoming business demands, considering the global expansion plans in this manufacturing site, i.e. manpower planning, recruitment, career ladder, review and reshape C&B programs, succession plans …etc
• Develop HR business plan, considering business needs, short and long term plans & objectives.
• Lead and strongly participate into complex change mode at the organization life
• Manage and develop HR activities, Budget, plans & HC for the addressed region, covering 5 main depots (11 sales sites, plus 3 major production plants, total population of 3300 Emp.)
• Restructure of HR department
• Spot deviation in policies, procedures and create consistency, and present new policies if needed.
• Create solid relation with business stakeholders to ensure proper planning and execution to HR programs
• Assess current HR resources and manage needed development, to support in the HR function as a professional dept and a support team to Sales/Production.
• Implementation of the launched HR/Finance training and development Academy next to Sales Academy, to enhance and develop employees capability in these functions
• Insure alignment and compliance to local laws and regulation
• Managed aggressive employment budget within high dynamic environment
Launch and develop HR activities for the newly launched Orbit, (commercial company)
• Manage and maintain resources and recruitment process, using HR competency based approach.
• Conduct training activities, Initiate self training program, “ Share Knowledge”
• Initiate Performance management system and provide Line manager as well employees with performance consultation.
• Develop Job descriptions, Develop career development plan
• Setting employees Compensation & benefits scheme
• HC Reporting.
• Establishing and maintain relations with local governmental entities,
- Participate, and administrate employee relation i.e. Employee grievance, Disciplinary management and compliance, staff, supervisors employment consultations
- Manage Personnel/Labor governmental activities, also Sub-contracting management
- Proudly initiate e-Leave program, Employee Pension program, as well recreational activities
- Partially participating to recruitment activities
