Reporting to the Industrial works director
* Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and marketing activities of
industrial organization.
* Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human
resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet
production targets.
* Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning
inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty
assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
* Review operations and conform with technical or administrative staff to resolve
production or processing problems.
* Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
* Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control action plans using techniques to
minimize the production cost and inventory value by using lean manufacturing
techniques with JIT principles and Kanban signaling systems and define and analyze
the root cause and error proofing and use techniques like FEMIA and PARRITO
diagrams to define the action plan to recover the deviation
* Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
* Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing
testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
* Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing
production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect
production problems.
* Review plans and confer with research and support staff to develop new products and
processes.

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Following up the progress of Production plan and solve any deviation to achieve the
sales plan according to supply chain proposed production plan
* Evaluating of production plan in daily-monthly yearly basis and match it with the
Factory 5 M resources
* Co-ordinate with the Industrial Works director to calculate the needs for Next year
in budgeting time
* Evaluating and following up of the variable production team (Engineers -Supervisors
- Maintenance technician and operators) and preparing the action plans and the
training plans to rise the performance and efficiency in HR and technical basis
* Analyze the breakdowns and lag of performance and efficiency affecting the factory
KPI's and lead the workshop meetings to overcome the problems and eliminate the
Non added value and tune the performance success keys .
* Supervision and following up of innovation activities to rise the professionalism
level of the factory to meet the European standards including : Utilities- chilled
water cooling systems -plumping - Crane selection and erection -
Fire Fighting system
* Making the performance-downtime-progress and improvements charts for equal
intervals to make good judgment about instrument conditions and deal with the
difficulties
* Installation and maintenance of instruments such as " power generators diesel-fire
fighting network - chillers water cooled system related to heat exchange between
the molds and the injection machines welding machines - air compressors and
dryers -maintenance of the m/c's of welding, pneumatic instruments “ Dessoutter
and Ingersoll-Rand pneumatic screwdrivers “ processing and maintenance
, preventive and trouble shooting, pneumatic screwdrivers and tapers, operating&
maintenance of the packing m/c ”horizontal flow pack “, coordination with the
workshop
* Supervision as a consultant for the installing companies working with the factory
activities " compressors maintenance Co.-chillers- piping network maintenance and
installations -generator maintenance and installation - machine base fitting &
fixation & installation - steel structure for the building maintenance & installation
of any new machine

Analyze and follow up cost reduction.
* Order appropriate materials for production.
* Ensure the required quality product is manufactured according to the plan on time.
* Set and meet production goals.
* Recommend designation, training, and supervise workers.
* Analyze and Correct problems related to the production units find the bottle necks
and working on and follow corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with different departments in the manufacturing plant.
* Develop production schedules and tasks due.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.
* Ensure compliance with quality and process standards in the workplace.
* Supervise the procurement process
* Full knowledge of the requirements of customers and follow-up sales.
* Supervise and monitor with the different departments to ensure the effective use of
manpower, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve the planned return.
* Define budget targets and prepare budgets for incoming year, year+1 and future plan
* Prepare KPI’s for each dept and follow up achievements in periodically basis
* Follow compliance with ISO 9001 standard and OHSAS with lead audit and internal
audit experience on both certificates

* Follow up purchasing process and insure that required material with optimum cost
and lead time will take place
* Full knowledge of the requirements of customers and follow-up sales.
* Supervise and monitor with the different departments to ensure the effective use of
manpower, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve the planned return.
* Define budget targets and prepare budgets for incoming year, year+1 and future plan
* Prepare KPI’s for each dept and follow up achievements in periodically basis

Reviewing and Validating the submittals and material appraisals
* Reviewing method statements and design documents and drawings
* Leading a group from Engineers and inspectors to supervise the stations progress
and activities and prepare follow up and progress reports
* Inspect of the materials and Equipment and Installation works at The Site.
* Review and Approve the Shop Drawing referring to Design Drawing.
* Monitoring the Site Progress referring to the Planned
Project Schedules.
* Reviewing& Approving the Filed Change of Work in the Site.
* Supervision of Mechanical Installation works including "Plumbing - Fire Fighting -
VAC System - Convey Systems"
* Testing, Commissioning and Handover of "Plumbing - Fire Fighting -VAC System -
Convey Systems"
* Reviewing and preparing of As Built drawing.
* Supervise E&M systems Site installations

Duties & Responsibilities
* Prepare offers for clients according to the requested Specification.
* Representing the Company in the tenders, Providing requested information on the
offer and analyse the Competition Offers According to the Market.
* Reviewing of Designs, Supervising of Electromechanical Installation, Testing, and
handing over of the project and the guaranty period and lifting of remarks.
* Prepare the requirements for each project.
* Follow up the working process of projects.
* Reviewing and preparing of as built drawing.
* Preparation of spare parts list & handling over of spare parts.
* Maintenance Activity for the Mechanical Equipments & Accessories
* Site activities for mechanical work
* Service Tunnel Piping installations, mechanical room installation and machines bed
