• Develop, monitor, control, report the master data in CMMS, and ensure the client are up-to-date with current engineering data and the actual installation in the field. As well Asset Register, Equipment Criticality Assessment, Preventive Maintenance plan, and create new bill of Materials.
• Assign the equipment criticality assessment using algorithm method .
• Reliability assessment and development of maintenance strategies, proactive maintenance implementation.
• Plan Onshore Technical Support (Contractor) corrective & routine (major) maintenance work.
• Vendors technical quotations and documents review. (specifications, data sheets, mechanical drawings…)
• Spare parts and tool stock optimization and unification.
• Create the new spare parts and provide the sufficient information of the manufacturer, part number, specification and liaise with discipline engineer to set up the inventory level to optimize the maintenance to ensure the operational continuity .
• Work closely with operation team to support all production and ancillary areas to ensure minimum maintenance downtime, operating a total maintenance program including proactive support, reliability driven and safety-first mindset in a ADNOC environment .
• Acted as technical consultant for planners, maintenance supervisors and operation supervisors in developing methods for maintenance work execution and/or planning such work
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program set up and execution
• Order materials, with purchasing department assistance, that are not routine or maintained as stock items for maintenance and operations
• Interacting with OEM for spares & Prepare inventory technical reports as required .
