• POSITION: Technical Office Manager "Deputy Project Manager" PROJECT: Capital's Jewel Compound Project overview: A luxury residential compound in the new administrative capital, consists of: 242 multistory buildings, 244 villas different types, infra-networks, landscape, roads in addition to services buildings, malls, shops and club.
• Location: New Administrative Capital *Project overall value: ~ 14 billion EGP
• Client: Armed Forces Engineering Authority - Public Works department Job duties & responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Managed Technical Office works (Dealing with project tender documents, coordinating between all disciplines, issuance of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, issue contract/material requests, QS works subcontractors/client invoices and reviewing /updating project BOQs)
• Followed up company policy, procedures, and their updates regarding Technical Office
• Managed/supervised technical office team in performing assigned tasks and evaluate their KPI periodically.
• Monitored technical office activities performance against project schedule.
• Prepared technical claims / VOs with the sufficient documents.
• Prepared / reviewed technical reports before submission
• Support Construction team to solve any technical problems that may arise during construction.
• Supervised the document control unit to ensure all updated & approved documents (SDs, material, SWIs, correspondences) were closed, recorded, distributed properly and logs updated.
• Prepared /or replied to letters with PM
• Authorized to sign project official Documents on behalf of PM →
