Project: - KASP (Kuwait Air-space system plan) includes the followings subprojects
1- ATM (Air Traffic Management Project)..
2- ATC/COMM (Air Traffic Telecommunication Project).
3- KADIN (Kuwait Airport Data Interchange Network Project).
4- ILS/NAS (Kuwait Air Navigational Aids & Facilities Project).
5- EI&SPB (Electrical infrastructure & South power building project)
6- KCMC (Kuwait control metrological center project).
7- MET (AWOS, MDP, MDP(O&T), DWR, LLWAS, ASOS)(Metrological projects)..
8- ASR (Air Surveillance Radar project).
9- A-SMGCS/RDDS (Advanced Surface Movement Guidance Control System Project).
10- KCMC additional power supply project.
Duties: - including but not limited to supervise and participate in advanced, highly-complex professional planning activities. Depending on the organization, manage and supervise sections or divisions within the larger planning department of an organization
• Perform and manage complex and sensitive professional planning projects analysis
• Provide overall management of division-related planning issues
• Advise various councils and boards in planning-related issues
• Evaluate operations and activities of assigned responsibilities
• Prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
• Evaluate the time claims arising to SCI using the appropriate technique and make the decision to reserve DGCA rights and Contractors eligibility.
• Review periodical reports and discuss alternatives to mitigate the delay coming up.
• Prepare the overall KASP periodical report to give a screen shot for the project reflecting the reality and alternatives to meet the preliminary acceptance date without delays.
• Attend substantial number of evening and weekend meetings
Planning Manager-Explore and analyze stakeholder requirements, develop scope statement and baseline, determine activities dependencies & relationships, estimate resources, estimate duration, allocate and level resources, develop schedule baseline using P6 software application, estimate costs, determine budget and cost baseline, identify risks, analyze qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, set response plan, develop and manage project team, distribute information, , Monitor and control, set out corrective and preventive actions, quality audit and performance reports preparation.

Participated in managing the planning role in both pre-contract stage and post-contract stage in the project, Prepared projects schedules based on the scope of work and contractual requirements, Prepared and implemented detailed plans for the activities to monitor the project progress in different levels, Communicated with other project team members to proactively identify problem areas and delays and set out corrective actions, Prepared internal reports including updating of target schedule, Prepared cash flow for the projects, Prepared recovery plan whenever schedule slippage occurs as per client requirements, and Capacity planning and stock management.
Designed reinforced concrete structures, analyzed structures stresses using SAP software application, drew all structures drawing using AUTOCAD software application in all required details supported with special shop drawings, and supervised on site execution
