Develop an integrated company's internal policies and procedures. Set the company's strategic plan. Restructuring the company internally and implementing the corporate governance. • Manage cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.
• Analyze the financial and economic indicators that can affect the Company’s plan
• Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Prepare the Long plans, yearly Budget & Rollup Budget.
• Lead & prepare the Monthly financial reports and MIS report with recommendations and all financial analysis
• Prepare a comparison with other competitors financial and market ratios.
• Assist in implementation of SAP FINANCIAL SYSTEM.
• Ensure underlying accounting records are accurate, complete and in accordance with both EAS and IFRS.
• Partner with the vice president of information technology (IT) to procure specialized finance IT systems that meet the needs of the organization.
• Perform the full range of budget on a large corporate level
• Secure funding in alliance with the budget
• Assigning fund to each leasing contract to ensure maximum profitability and to manage company risk in terms of liquidity
• Analyze the financial and economic indicators that can affect the Company’s plan
• Manage daily cash management, cash forecasting and cash investment activity.
• Prepare the yearly Budget & Rollup Budget.
• Lead & prepare the Monthly financial reports and MIS report with recommendations and all financial analysis
• Structure and implement proper profit/cost centers system, analyze revenue and cost variances of those different profit/cost centers, and control the cost allocation.
• Prepare variance analysis and draft the comments for interpreting the actual vs. budget deviations.
• Control and approve actual expenditure within the approved budget and authorities, and report on deviations with justifications.
• Prepare a comparison with other competitors financial and market ratios.
• Review and update all financial policies and procedures.
• Create, implement the financial model for Strategic five years plan and assist in Company Re-evaluation.
