Successfully migrate the Active directory from 2003 to 2008 R2 and then to 2012 R2.
Replace the analog phone system by IP Telephony system (Cisco Call Manager).
Add backup solution for electrical power by adding UPS and power generator.
Design, build and move the network infrastructure to new branch in 5th settlement.
Upgraded network topology to L3 using Cisco layer 3 switches and created the VLANs and DMZ.
Move Development department from using physical laptops to virtual desktops.
Established first Dynamics Ax 2009 for Retail server in Egypt.
Execute IT projects in relation to the small and medium size network infrastructure.
Administrating Windows Server 2003, ISA Server and File Server.
Build web servers using Microsoft IIS and SQL Server.
Install and configure Access Control Systems and DVR Systems including CCTV or IP surveillance systems.
