Responsible for all human resources, employee relations, and administration functions within the company from both an operational and strategic perspective.
For example but not limited
• Establishing and developing Human Resources strategies in alignment with the company strategic goals, vision and mission.
• Managing, supervising and mentoring all human resources, employee relations, administration functions such as talent management, staffing plans, retention, succession planning, total rewards, performance management, learning and development, payroll process, records and data management, employment legal requirements, attendance management, and employees grievances.

• Managing and supervising the HR team to raise the efficiency and accuracy of the HRD
• Establish and develop an effective communication process between the HRD and internal/external stakeholders.

• Develop organization strategies by establishing and identifying the HRIS, metrics and reports to contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic plans
• Improved the coordination and integration between Egypt as a business unit and the head office regarding to the HR management, communication and cultural conflicts
• Manage the localization process for the existing corporate policies, procedures and documentation cycle.
• Act as a direct communicator/negotiator with the related governmental authorities and external service providers.
• Manage all legal requirements related to the labor law implementation, personnel management, employment regulations and expatriates affairs
• Act as an internal consultant/advisor to the top management and department heads regarding to all of HR aspects to ensure that HR best practices are followed and implemented and to avoid any legal irregularities
