- Implement network management tools to ensure the security and performance of network infrastructure.
- supervise the installation and configuration of Cisco security and load balance r devices (pix firewall 501, 525, 535, CSS11500, 11800).
- Supervise the installation and configuration of Cisco, 3 COM and Extreme equipment including (routers, switches, Multilayer Switches, DSL).
- Supervise the installation of transmission of (E1, E3, STM1, ISDN) between sites which achieve network core requirements.
- Supervise the installation and configuration of Cisco media gateway, ip-phones, ZXEL WI-FI phones, Hitachi WIP5000, CENTILE IP TELEPHONYand NETCENTREX SOFTSWITCH.
- Supervise the installation and configuration of Avaya media server (S8300), Avaya media gateway (G700, G250), Avaya SIP Server (S8500), Avaya voice priority processor (AVPP), Avaya IP-phones (6425) and Avaya WIP (3616-3626).
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunication issues including converged voice and fax messaging.
- Analyzes telecommunication functions of the organization and make recommendations, as well as participation in the design and implementation of client telecommunication solutions, as well as technical consulting engagements.
