• Assist start-up and operation activities, including troubleshooting and function test of instruments.
• Perform Calibration & loop test for all instruments and control valves using HART communicator.
• Work on Rosemount Instruments “ Pressure, DP Flow, DP Level, Radar Level, Mass Flow Meter, Magnetic Flow Meter, Magnetic Level Indicator, Temperature, PH Analyzer …..etc”.
• Calibration and Maintenance of Fisher Control Valves actuators with DVC 6200 Positioner.
• Calibration and Maintenance of ServoMex “Spectraexact 2500” Moisture Analyzers.
• Lead a Shift Team of 8 Engineers and 8 Technicians.

•Perform all signal and loop tests for all instruments and control valves using HART communicator.
•Witness and verify all Instrument mechanical completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor.
•Execute all Instruments pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule.
•Assist Vendor in SAT/ Loop testing and functional testing and their commissioning activities.

• Responsible for the monitoring of subcontractor works including issuance of instrument materials during installation.
• Update the progress of instrumentation works done by subcontractor.
• Decide as built Instrumentation installation works as per design standard specification.
• Prepare and check the latest revision of all instrumentation drawing related to construction activity.
• Anticipates all the problems that may occur during the instrument installations especially issuance of materials and make sure that all are available in terms of completion schedule of the priority system.
• Checks & supervises the quality of instrumentation erection works done by the subcontractor & make sure that they are following as per project specifications & IFC drawing.
• Responsible for the clearing of punch items.

•Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans according to Maintenance Policy.
•Perform electrical & instrumentation preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the best cost while maintaining high safety and reliability performances.
•Develop and implement work related work instructions and maintenance standard procedures and tools.
•Organize, supervise and control group of senior engineers and technicians.
•Design all control algorithms required in DCS and local control panels.
•Ensure accurate and reliable work records and keep technical documentation up to date.

-Lead a group of technicians in executing the preventive maintenance plans during shutdowns.
-Troubleshoot and Program PLCs like (Siemens S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, Wago, Zelio and Beckhoff) in a profibus network.
-Work on FLSmidth ECS System (Expert Control System).
-Troubleshoot and Calibrate FLSmidth Pfister Weigh Feeders.
-Following up Preventive Maintenance programs in MAXIMO software.
-Participate in an Audit mission at Al Jouf Cement Plant (Saudi Arabia).
-Participate in the commissioning of "New Rock Phosphate Terminal" (Aqaba - Jordan).
-Have a delegation as Control Section Head during the absence of my Section Head.
