Working in a trampoline park, Managing and overseeing the park personnel, Supervising branch operation and ensure efficient operation on a daily basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activites to maximize results and achieve peak performance level.

Job Description:

• Managing 70+ staff “different Nationalites” including team leaders.
• Monitor staff performance and evaluate staff on quarterly / yearly basis.
• Motivate the team members by understanding the team diversity and choose which motivation module.
• Managing budgets, allocating branch funds and defining fainancial objectives.
• Setting operation plans & putting branch stratigiy.
• Providing feedback, recommendation and generate reports to operation/COO Managers.
• Provide training as required to customer service clerks, Team Leaders, Call center, Events team, …ets..
• Develop Standards Operating Procedures for new section.
• Monitoring Maintenance and inventory.
• Lead the team to maximize the sales and achieve Trampo Extreme operational and financial goals.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Dept. regarding branch events and activites.
• Proposing plans and programs that improve the effectiveness of the park.
• Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the standred and suggesting any necessary actions to the operation Manager.
• Ensure smooth operation/communication between all departments.
• Following up on the implementation of the SOP and ensuring abiding by developed work policies and procedures.
• Participating in the development of the work plan, distributing and following-up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures.
• Coordinate with fainance department on Budgets, payroll, petty cash and annual leave payment.
• Elaborate purchase orders for the section consumables and required theming elements.
• Work with the IT to devlope the booking system.
• Reducing stock loss by constantly checking all the items, making spot check on the stock and the team

Job Description:

• Coordinate & plan with Facility Manger the operation plans.
• Supervising the implementation of the park plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with the Company's rules and policies

• Coordinate with the Trainers the subjects to be taught to new collaborators and guarantee, through evaluations, personnel development.
• Follow up the teamleader’s, Sections checklist and grooming standards.
• Conduct weekly Teamleader’s meetings.
• Conveys cheerful and positive guest experience attitude at all times.
• Conduct team briefing to set the frame work and ensure consistency.
• Ensure smooth communication between all departments.
