Completed the design, tendering & construction award of contemporary gated communities (Verdi & Blanca) featuring large swimmable lagoons, public & private beaches + taverns (1, 300 units ranging from estate villas to penthouses & apartments)
Raised the efficiency of the marina basin by increasing berthing capacity to 330 slips. Created a new concept of inner & outer marina to anchor the mega yachts of high draft (over 30m long) at the outer marina which reduced the inland dredging cost by 25% & reformed the breakwaters to extend the harbor mouth dredging cycle to 5-7 years instead of 2 years + making use of the longshore drift to reclaim 30, 000m2 of natural sand beach from sedimentation along the reformed breakwaters.
Reclaimed 16, 000m2 from inner marina basin to convert it to an island for luxurious condos enjoying 360° of marina view.
Emaar Misr Hospitality portfolio: Accomplished the Hospitality Development Brief (market survey, demand & diversity analysis, branding & lifestyle, P&L analysis). 7- Alkhafji Joint Operations Community, KSA: responsible of the sports building which include:
