-Maintain control over Plant material inventory;performing materials cutoffs, weighbridge controls & applying the facility security policy.
-Development of plant manufacturing cost and capex budgets and controlling the variance Vs budget by monthly budget variance analysis reports and capex reporting tools.
-Prepare a monthly stocks evaluation entry and booking all related entries (cost of production and cost of goods sold).
-Maintain control over spare parts inventory items and performing periodic spare parts physical count to ensure the existence and safeguarding of all spares.
-Prepare the monthly plant performance package that keeps records of every key information related to plant performance and processes (financial /non financial) and make investigations if needed.
-Purchasing controls; reviewing and check completeness of all approved purchase order & requisition forms, maintaining control over the purchasing-payables cycle & related documentations.
-Maintain control of petty cash and cash collection balance .
