* Monitor and control of the museum’s environment, including temperature, humidity, dust, lighting, insect and pests control, visitor impact on the museum environment, and indoor air quality and Gaseous pollution
* Supervise the artifacts' mounting in museum showcases.
* Establish museum environment standards, including policies and procedures.
* Establish and monitor museum safety and security policies.
* Following up with consultant and contractor on all exhibition installation of museum galleries facilities.
* Participate in supervision and implementing of special and temporary exhibitions .
* Responsible for all museum media production including posters, brochures, catalogs and museum publications.
* Contribute to research policy of the museum through publishing scientific articles and participate in conferences (local and International).
* Responsible of museum photography and 3D applications.

In loan from the Jordan Museum, and returned back. workin in the following:
1. responsible of technical and administrative of 14 Archaeological Museums in Jordan.
2. Establishment of new museums, mainly Museum at the Lowest place on Earth (the Jordan Valley).
3. writing policies for museums including environmental control, saftey, security, education, special exhibitions).
4. activating the educational role in museums.
5. contribute in research in museum studies.
6. finding funding sources for museums.
7. making projects and with other partners (national and international).
8. special exhibitions (national and international).
