Completing the Toastmasters "Communication and Leadership" program helped me become the speaker, who I am today: the larger the audience I can present to, the more I enjoy presenting. Needless to say, I highly enjoy small-group trainings, too, which are the MOST effective of all forms of training.
My background in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of multinational experience in IT and project management gave me the basis to understand many organisational and technical aspects of a business. Combined with the last 14 years of soft skills training experience gives me the chance to contribute to a business in a way few people can.
