• Contacting a high volume of warm and cold leads worldwide daily on the telephone, by e-mail and Whatsapp using data on the CRM and various spreadsheets for the Real Estate and Holiday Homes departments of the Company.
• Qualifying leads/gathering information and forwarding the information obtained to real estate brokers/management.

• Making customised recommendations to each client according to their requirements.
• Liaising with brokers/management to obtain updates on their progress with clients.
• Updating the CRM and spreadsheets with the outcome of calls to leads to maintain accuracy.
• Responding to clients’ queries on the telephone, by e-mail and Whatsapp.

•Calling a high volume of leads worldwide daily on the telephone using data on various spreadsheets.
•Understanding and gathering information about clients' property requirements.
•Making customised recommendations to each client according to their needs.
•Liaising with Client Account Executives to arrange viewings with clients.
•Updating spreadsheets and the CRM with the outcome of calls to leads to maintain accuracy.
•Receiving inbound calls and answering queries or forwarding clients to the relevant Team for assistance.

• Selling all - inclusive package holidays to
numerous worldwide destinations over the
telephone from inbound and outbound calls.
• Taking payments over the telephone using
Payfort.
• Responding to queries from customers over the
telephone, e-mail and social media for example,
Instagram and transferring them to other teams if
necessary.
• Liaising with colleagues in other teams for
example, Reservations to confirm the availability
of flights/hotels.
• Maintaining various spreadsheets to track the
number of bookings made, the numbers of calls
taken and made to Reservations.
