• Managing the ongoing customer relationship with ''KEY ACCOUNTS''
• Act as the primary point of contact with our Large corporate sales team & top corporate accounts
• Up-sell & cross-sell Etisalat products to satisfy the customer needs and to achieve the monthly target
• Meeting with clients to gain a full understanding of their business needs
• Discover negative experience challenges, report it directly to the senior manager with recommendations
• Review products within client companies.
• Recommend appropriate products and services.
