*Report directly to the Chairman / Executive Managing Director.
*Review and proofread documents prepared for Executives' signatures.
*Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors.
*Prepare letters and memoranda both in English and Arabic.
*Travel Arrangements.
*Coordinate and facilitate arrangements for Board Meetings.
*Maintain various filing and records management system.
*Provide full administrative and secretarial support.
*Organize travel arrangements for international guests.
*Maintain extensive filing and records management system.
*Request quotations, place purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
*Handle Petty Cash.
*Supervise all the administrative activities.
*Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and outputs.
*Assist in maintenance of all operating stores in Kuwait.
*Ensure delivery of Store Signage to respective operating countries.
*Generate weekly Site Tracking Report for all brands to all Divisional Heads.
*Solely responsible to process invoices for payments on time for all operating countries.
*Assigned as Head Cashier for the store.
*Perform opening and closing transactions, cash deposits, reconciling credit vouchers, sales reports.
*Provide best customer service to the customers.
*Generate various store operational reports.
*Prepare letters, tenders, request for quotations and purchase orders for all operating countries.
*Generate monthly Property Report to all Divisional Heads.
*Travel Arrangements.
*Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing friendly environment.
*Anticipate customers need in areas of purchasing, returns and exchanges.
*Assist in replenishing merchandise and monitor floor stock.
*Participate in monthly inventory.
