Key Responsibilities Equipment Management:
•Setting up FA preventive maintenance schedules according to Weatherford standard procedures PM WO.s and unscheduled maintenance (corrective) work orders in JDE.
•Receiving tools in JDE (Asset & Inventory) and uploading documents to ecNet Acorde. Documentation includes, but is not limited to: Operating Procedures and Manuals, Engineering / Technical, Correspondence, drawing, Invoices, P.Os, Quotations and Customer Service Ticket Records Tracking. Generating tools history files uploading it to Acorde.
•Ensuring accurate record management of documentation generated by Company, Third Party Contractors and Suppliers in support of the day-to-day Company operation and execution of facility change Management, Projects, and Contracts.
•Marinating and managing all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assures that it is easily accessible and stored.
•Provides a comprehensive administrative assistance to Management.
•Liaise with Contractors, Suppliers and Internal Personnel, to ensure that documentation complies with company procedures.
•Receiving, logging and distributing all technical documents on a day-to-day basis and assisting in the coordination and monitoring of administrative activities to facilitate and expedite the work flow.
•Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policy and implement and apply effective control to ensure the custody and efficient use of company assets.
•Provides a comprehensive administrative assistance to management for developing functions including Proposals, Contract, Tendering & Financial Bids Evaluation and annual budget & forecasting for special projects.
•Responsible for maintain up to date data, documentation & reports for Training, Periodically Audits and prepares periodical reports as needed.
•Revision and creation of work instructions, service bulletins, and other technical documentation used by the field personnel to maintain and operate efficiently.
•Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
•Physical Tagging - Physical identification tagging as part of goods receiving and R&M process. Physical tagging is to reflect the system status.
•Rental & service asset retirement and disposal according to WFT standard procedure and local regulations.
•Warehouse and inventory management.
•Dispatching and receiving tools to/from customer location.
•Conducting asset and inventory counts and audits.
IT Support, PC Network
Conducting technical presentations for Company products to prospective customers.
Preparing technical/financial quotations. Conduct discussions with Clients for Order placement.
Providing after Sales customer service. Maintaining Documents
