I have worked in 2 different divisions of the same company. Due to the missing options, I couldnt mention the division of my experience in both the divisions. The 1st division was a top rated Gym in Mumbai & the 2nd division was a distributor of Fitness equipments.
To prepare quotations as per the client's budget & requirements of their gym location
Duties I had with the last employer:
To manage quotes, purchase orders and invoice payments.
To ensure all banking instructions including transfers, cancellations, deposits, salary crediting
To generate accurate weekly/ monthly sales reports by collecting the necessary data from sales team.
To schedule meetings of clients, employees (recruitment) as well as internal meetings with directors.
To handle logistics & shipments procedures.
To brief the new candidates about our brand and its reach as well as the features of the gym equipment.
