Independently controlling the accounting department, preparing and presenting to management monthly, quarterly, semi and annual income statement (P&L), Balance sheets and Cash flows of a Group of five companies with budget comparatives and variances analysis. Following the budgets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and analyze the data to point out the weak areas of the business to management and suggesting ideas/ measures for reduction of costs or feasibility of the operation .Co-ordinating with banks for bank facilities, LCS.and Letter of Guarantees. Providing data and schedules to get annual audited financials of five companies from a reputed Audit firm.
