Assistant Sales Manager
Reporting to the Divisional Director & CEO.
My role is to ensure strategic direction of sales operations, revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsible for generating sales, strategy creation, delivery of strategic marketing and business development across the Eastern Hemisphere. Develop new customers to generate new business from customers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Romania, Turkey, Scotland, France, Algeria, Iraq, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Nigeria, India, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and China.
My role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers that are usually from different cultural backgrounds, across the globe.
I established a dominant market share position and achieved a fourfold revenue growth for Rotors, Jar Parts and other downhole tools & also Industrial and Marine Products, to line with my role of developing and implementing growth strategies.
The role require involves management, transformational leadership, hands-on coaching, developing lean
process flow and mentoring across the business unit.
Participating in Oil and Gas exhibitions.
Generating reports and giving presentations for both top management and customers.
Preparing quotations, proposals for tenders and negotiating contracts.
Overseeing daily business operations and responsible for generating profit.
Preparing Budget and ensure the business objectives are met.
Working closely with operations staff to differentiate service delivery and maximize competitive advantage.
Due to extensive knowledge obtained over years and working closely local operations team, I am handling
customer complaints, closing quality issues and proposing CPAR (Corrective & Preventive actions) for Rotors.
