Missions:
.• Manage a customer portfolio with an annual turnover of 30M€: products Sales, parts development, Service providing.
• Guarantee the achievement of commercial margin through: Identifying costs optimization opportunities, Raw material costs review with suppliers, Product repricing according the market trends.
• Participate in the set-up of the business plan at each project phase : CAPEX/OPEX evaluation, cost material reduction review, product margin….
• Carry out statistical and analytical studies: Monthly performance (Sales, Margin & EBIT), Invoicing status...
• Prepare technical and commercial offers : Project timeline, Quality insurances, Economical offer, commercial agreements…
• Lead monthly performance reviews with customer (Renault-Nissan): Discussion of hard points, Treatment of our economic expectations, Visibility on new projects
Achievement :
• Ensure the commercial profitability during the sanitary crisis (COVID 19) by getting the customer financial support for profit loss (2, 3M€)
• Project contract review regarding labor rate terms in Morocco manufacturing plants (Increase of 15% generating annualy 839 K€).
Missions:
• Participate in the definition of the annual Business Plan for the dealers: Turnover for spare parts purchase, Equipment acquisition, Quality Programs.
• Monitor the economic performance of dealers: Spare part purchase turnover, Evolution of the after-sales activity, Identification of hard points, ..,
• Organize regular visits to dealerships: Performance evaluation Vs objective, Employee support, sharing of good practices, .., ,
• Ensuring generic assessments via 360° audits according to the Volkswagen Group's standards: Infrastructure, Human Resources, Business, Quality, ..,
• Ensuring coordination with the Volkswagen Group's Market Managers: Activity reporting, support in market audits, acquisition of best practices, etc,
• Develop new business development programs.
Achievements:
• Participate in the start-up of new dealerships: SAFI Motors (North West) in 2017, and Aikad Auto (East) in 2018.
• Pilot the Mystery Shopper program to assess the customer experience at the dealer level.
Missions:
• Coordinate with customer regarding the project Master Plan Set Up (Timeline, Milestones, Capacity…)
• Lead the product development based on the customer specifications: Function modules, Complexity Matrix…
• Lead the technical study and design of manufacturing workflow for cutting, and assembly processes
• Collaborate with customer regarding of the implementation of Engineering technical changes
• Perform simulation to measure process capability before serial production (SOP);
• Ensure the achievement of operation performance indicators for the assembly lines by eliminating losses in low-capacity process (Time Measurement)
• Lead Lean manufacturing workshops following lean six sigma approach
Achievements:
• Implement KSK system 'Kunden spezifische Kabelbäume' in Discovery Land Rover wire harness assembly lines and ensure the Just in Time approach
