Responsibilities:
Maintain 100% of CCP on the line, doing & maintaining the quality checks as per SRC.
Doing the proper escalating of safety/food safety issue to Line Manager on time.
Preparing materials and equipment before starting up the line
.
Monitoring the performance of production equipment and adjust minor parameters as per the
standard process parameters
.
Maintaining the required documentation like process log sheets, CCP
records, and Safety Interlock inspections batch logbooks.
Maintaining contractors on daily basis, providing them proper communication according to the line situation, and giving them safety/food safety awareness during hand over.
Maintaining 100% of validations records. Following the SSW in the line.
Raising and closing high quality of near miss with in a time frame.
Implementing good quality of safety/food safety and saving kaizens. Proper follow-ups with the suppliers.
Doing the PM activities. And vertical start up after PM.
Maintaining 100% of GMP/GHP &Food safety standards.
Maintaining 5S every day.
Start up /shut down the line according to the production plan.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
Throughput checking of the machines on periodic base.
Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.
Work closely with R&D to assure conformity of product to customer requirements.
Available for on-call days and must respond to all phone calls.

• Independently handling of krones Sensomatic Filler with Pneumatic Filling valves
• Maintaining the Product Temperature in hot filling & Cold Filling.
• Daily Lubrication.
• Maintenance of Machines Filler, labeller, Paker&Wrapapac palletizer& depalletizer
• Start up End up of Krones & FMC Fillers.
• Preparation Krones NRB filler for C.I.P.
• Change Over Barbican 330 ml To Wide Mouth 200ml.
• Change Over FMC Fillers 240 ml To 180 ml vise-versa.
• Troubleshooting of machines.
• Operating of PLC panel.
• Following the site Safety rules & regulations.
• Maintenance & Lubrication of equipment’s.
• Maintaining the food safety standard of the company.
• Capable to do work in high speed of machine 52000 BPH \{Bottle Per Hour\}
• Operating /managing of following Machines: -
1. NRB filler
2. Sidle Labeller
3. Paker & Wrap pack.
4. Wrap pack
5. Palletizer
6. DE palletizer
7. FMC Fillers etc.
• Independently handling of Machines.
• Carrying out the CIP in automated VDM, FMC & KRONES systems.
• Taking out the inventory of Raw materials and other consumables, recording
Role: Apprentice in Meachanic Motor vehicle
Responsibility: Worked as an apprentice in in a trade of Meachanic Motor Vehicle, overhalling engine assembly, Gear Box, Differential of Tata Buses, four stroke petrol engine, Diesel Engine, Service of all kinds of vehicle, changing of oil filter, fuel filter, air filter overhaul & assembling TATA VEHICLES Engines, tyre punctures, Greasing etc.
