Responsible for keeping good relationships with the diplomatic sector and carey out sales calls to find new potential customers/companies to hold an annual contract with. Took responsibility upon Revenue Management related tasks such as making the Revenue Management meeting powerpoint presentation, completing daily revenue tasks and align figures on certain systems such as RevPlan. Also took part in calculating and implementing the budget of 2017.
Research and produce a consultancy report on how to increase drive to web for St Regis Doha. In addition to the report, I also had to produce daily revenue related management reports, create an excel sheet to analyse the productivity of the call-centre and produce weekly revenue management powerpoint presentation to be shown during the management meetings.
Responsible for contacting the guests prior to their arrival and during their stay to ensure all services are delivered at the Le Sereno Resort. Guests were highly demanding and required a lot of personal services which involved research and good communication. In the middle of my internship, I was the only one responsible the department which required me to be available at all times.
Responsible for handling concierge which involved organising transportation for guests and their itinerary. Provided with an all round training including whatever/whenever service, front office, banqueting, food and beverage, housekeeping, marketing and finance.
