• Responsible for supporting the project team on a day to day basis, for on shore requirements. Sourcing from manufactures with the necessary certification and expertise in the manufacture of different skids like Oil injection package, Chemical injection package, driers, Flares etc. Supporting the project team by timely delivery of Carbon steel & Stainless steel plates for the construction of Tank farms, large storage tanks, Towers, Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers etc.

As part of the procurement and supply function of the group, timely supply of various grades in Pipe, fittings, instrumentation, Valves, pumps and fittings lies in the hands of Tech Talk GT LLC which works as the sourcing arm of the group.

• Sourcing for suppliers for potential products and services and arranging for exclusive agency / distributor agreements
Ensuring compliance of product specification.
• Identify potential competitors, study customer specification for a package of products and present the company product specification, support the achievement of gross profit targets.
• Liaise with sales co-ordination / buyer team for follow-up with the manufacturers / suppliers for timely delivery of the products ordered.
• Prequalify supplier based on the set standard and guide lines laid down by the Company..
• Establish and maintain effective business relationship with suppliers in order to maximize profitability and availability of products on long term basis.
• Ensuring statutory compliance of fiscal and budgetary guidelines
• Liaison with banks on Import & export documentation
• Verify L/C & L/C documents, follow up with customer on L/C opening and L/C formalities
• Forwarding and communicating with customer on export documentation
• Follow up with the bank on document negotiation and make sure payments are on time.
• Import documents and cargo clearing follow ups while clearing forwarding
• Follow up with freight forwarders with regards to logistic handling for both import export.
• Maintained good Knowledge of the Market and the supply industries
• Communication & follow up with suppliers, customers on each and every stage of shipping, documentation, logistics, clearing etc.
• Checking and verifying terms and contents of Air Way Bill and Bill of Lading
• Arrange importation of goods and ensure easy clearance through customs
• Responsible for day to day procurement activities, vendor enlistment and ensuring budgetary and cost compliance
