Permit Issuer is the responsible person to issue any work permits in the plant. The permit issuer should get an LCP training from SHE department and pass the test to be an authorized permit issuer. His job is to ensure that the area that have any activity is totally isolated and safe to be worked in, he's the one who should perform LOTO and show the receiver the area and isolation points before issue the permit
I were nominated by U400 manager to present U400 production / operation in HPA / HAZOP study sessions for U400 conducted by PSM department
Check the required maintenance job to be done during our annual SD and align with other units to create timeline for the SD, creating required MOCs to implement the scheduled PSD activities, Prepare JSAs for all critical jobs, and update shut down and start up procedures are also responsibility of the SD coordinator
The company was facing hard time. The TiO2 market is low while the production cost was much higher so a team of plant improvement has been chosen and I was a part of that team.
