- Managing the maintenance activities in three different departments (Solid, liquid and sterile department).

- Participating in the internal audit and self-inspection activities in different departments.
- Following up the daily administrational and financial responsibilities in the engineering departments.
- Evaluating and hiring new talented engineering staff with good experience (8 new employees during 2015).
- Participating in Technology transfer activities (from engineering side) with different international manufacturers such as (Merck, Mylan, abbott, janssen cilag, norgine…etc).

- Participating in establishing new pharma plant (TQ pharma) .
- Following up electro-mechanical contractor during the establishing phase

Preparation of all documents and other technical requirements.

- Preparation quotations for the all potential customers.

Engineering processes coordinator (maintenance engineer) in production department / maintenance and engineering section including the following:
- Supervising on all maintenance activities on the production equipments especially the electrical and the electronics activities.
- Following up the execution of Preventive maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly )
- Issuing and writing the periodic technical reports for the management about the ratio of breakdowns to the total operating time for the production equipments and instruments.
- Execution the required qualification for the production equipments including (IQ, OQ, PQ), and complete and prepare the required protocol and plans and reports and record all obtained data, and filling up all inspection check lists.
- Preparing the standard operating procedures documents (SOP) for production equipments maintaining and operating, and making the required updating and modifying for there documents.
- Participating in determining the maintenance and engineering section policies and organizing the daily work with section head, and participation in setting the governing system for the section.
- Establishing a calibration system for applying the required calibration and verification for the temperature sensors and pressure gauges periodically.
- Writing the instrument user guide (IUG) for most of the instrument (balances, calibration instruments, labs instruments) in the production department
- Operating and following up the technical support for the ERP system (Baan system).
- Make the required communications with the machine manufacturers and spare parts suppliers.
- Following up all electrical and electronics breakdowns including the electrical control panel and wiring and control units such as PLCs, frequency inverters.
- Analysis and studying the breakdowns in order to reduce it, and issuing the reports to the management
