• Managing and heading the Projects and Program Delivery for some Key Strategic Government Organization and
Consultancy firm (PwC, Evoteq, Roads &Transport Authority RTA, Municipality of Madinah ) covering
the area of Implementation and Deployment of ERP such as (Oracle Ebs, MS Dynamics 365), and Enterprise Assets
Management (IBM MAXIMO Solutions) for Digital Transformation and Process Improvement, Systems Integrations
using Integration Middleware platform.
• Managing and supervising project charter development, projects plan, execution and performance monitoring and project
acceptance and closure and post implementation support and rollout.

within the group covering all Oracle system modules for (Financial, SCM, HCM, Project Costing, Labor T&N,
Oracle primavera, Manufacturing).
• Directed Maximo solutions Implementation for preventive/corrective maintenance, HSE and facility and Fleet
Management and integration with Oracle Ebs.
• Attracted and retained talents, developed, mentored, and coached staff to ensure efficient IT Service Delivery and
Customer Satisfaction.
• Directed and Control the Program Management for the implementation of the new Infrastructure and Data Center.
• Managed the Development of Quality Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Change Management Plan and
Continuous Improvement Plan in alignment with Customer’s Goals, Objectives, and Growth Plans.
• Developed and managed all communications plans with Stakeholders and direct all presentation, meetings such as
(Steering Committee Meetings, Weekly Project Performance Review, Milestone Delivery Acceptance, UAT, etc.) and
reports all Project Performance Matrix, Status and KPI’s to Stakeholders.
