• Develops and establishes policies, strategies, and operating objectives consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and effective implementation of major cross-University projects.
• Participates in and oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of individual project objectives and short- and long-range plans; develops tracking and evaluation programs to assist in the accomplishment of established project goals and objectives.
• Manages and administers a large, diverse team of professional/technical and support staff, both directly and through lower-level managers and supervisors.
• Manages the working relationships between project leadership, University administration, and principal business and operational stakeholders.
• Consults, coordinates, and serves as principal liaison with senior University officials on strategic matters of policy, interdivisional interaction, and capital development, improvement, and management.
• Collaborates with University component leadership and administration to establish programmatic goals and priorities for business and technology solutions to meet individual component and institutional needs.
• Develops and manages annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
• Recommends and participates in the development of university policies and procedures; may serve on university planning and policy-making committees.
• Develops and administers budgets and business plans for project development and deployment at an institutional level.
• Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to the university's strategic directions and plans, and relevant state-of-the-art systems and technology.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Coordinate and develop the project execution strategy which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project and follow up for achievement and KPIs to monitor implementation of the same.
• Determine the resources (time, cost, equipment, materials, manpower, etc.) required to complete the project
• Coordinate with various project team managers to finalize quality, cost, and time goals for the project.
• Conduct routine project site inspections.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal and external teams (consultants, contractors, etc.) for project tracking and progress review.
• Review scope, schedule, quality and budget changes with the client were necessitated. Ensure that the change control system is implemented.
• Ensure timely preparation of various progress reports on site.
• Present reports to management and clients as required.
• Monitor and analyze reports on scope, quality, cost, and time to ensure that the project is on track.
• Coordinate meetings with the project team to plan corrective, preventive and defect repair actions as required.
• Monitor documentation for claims management.
• The interface between other projects and operations.
• Provide updates to the client on all aspects of the project progress.
• Manage the project technically and contractually.
• Take executive decisions as required during the course of the on-going project.
• Review all tender documents and bills of the invoice to consultants.
• Communicate information, policies, and decisions to the project team on time.
• Review team performance and oversee linkages with compensation, promotion, career and succession planning.
• Ensure effective implementation of all applicable organizational policies & procedures in the department.
• Ensure compliance of all project work with various government and market requirements, specifically 100% HSE and environmental laws’ compliance.

3- Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the Acceptance criteria identified for the project.
4- Ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the specified Quality Management and Control system and in a safe manner.

Tanks, Cinemas, Water treatment, Electric station and Swimming pool.
2. Manage the manpower and equipment and material according to the timetable,
Project's schedule and consultant specification.
FOURTH STAGE IN SHARM EL SHEIKH
Title: Project Engineer.
1-Responsible for supervising and monitoring the implementation of the following buildings, Hotel building (2 building, each building consist of 3 floors, Reception), Main Restaurant, ROMAN theater, Big Water tank, Big store made from steel, and Swimming pool.
2-Manage the manpower and equipment and material according to the timetable, Project's schedule and consultant specification.
