Tasks/Responsibilities :
o Developing, organizing and reviewing building
plans.
o Preparing construction contracts for general
contractors.
o Formulating cost estimates based on equipment,
materials and labor requirements.
o Ensuring that construction projects meet

o Determining and scheduling different stages of the

meetings, and the wider donor community.

mechanical, electrical, and related design
documents.
o Make cost estimates and time completion
schedules.
o Plan, assign and supervise the work of subordinates
and consultants.
o Establish and maintain effective working
relationships with associates, consultants,
contractors, departmental officials, and community
and city council representatives.
o Inspect projects under construction for adherence
to plans, designs, ordinances, specifications and
standards.
o Project management and supervision skills,
responsible for setting out sites and organizing
facilities for smooth execution of site work.
