Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible For Developing And Enforcing Health And Safety Policies For The All Projects.
* Ensuring Proper Safety Standards And Regulations Adhered To For Different.
* Activities. Promote safe working environment attitudes among all site personnel.
* Conduct Regular Inspections to Eliminate Injuries, Accident, and Loss to Manpower and Damage to
Equipment.
* Ensure all document Company’s compliance with mandatory HSE requirements
* Bring to management’s attention areas of deficiency.
* Provide support for development of both active and proactive HSE key.
* Performance indicators to monitor contractor’s activity progress.
* In depth knowledge of Safety standards i.e. OSHA.

Environment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Establish, maintain and manage a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and
regulations, reviewing procedures for safety concerns, and participating in project reviews. Is the
principal site representative for all EH&S matters
* Manages and oversees the interactions with government agencies, professional EH&S groups,
community advisory panels, corporate EH&S officers, and all internal safety activities
* Develop, implement and manage EH&S programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements
and EH&S needs of the site
* Review and oversee all work processes and conditions to ensure EH&S protective measures are
optimized. Develop, recommend preventative and improvement measures to ensure the
enhancement of EH&S
* Ensures compliance to environmental and safety standards through inspections of operating areas,
audits, operation readiness reviews and through review and approval of operating procedures
* Advise and actively participate in risk and hazard evaluations for EH&S reviews of existing
processes, equipment and all new capital investments. Oversees annual audits of the Safety
Management System
* Provide timely resolutions of safety problems by defining the problem, determining root cause,
establishing action plans and priorities, expediting repair and providing technical assistance.
Promote safety consciousness among employees by providing accurate and informative data,
conducting safety meetings, giving timely feedback, on safety suggestions and visibly supporting
the plant safety program.

in the plant except welding, grinding and cranes entry which are hot permits .Other permits like
excavation, confined space entry I check it also. The check means I insure all precautions &risk
assessment mentioned are applied otherwise stop work
To check all HAS issued related to operations steps to do safe job like drainage, flushing, isolating by
valves pressure of lines .then doing gas test for allowable limits or give training to workers to use
breathing apparatus (SCBA) to avoid Toxic gases.
TO check all scaffolding materials and erection in the site by reviewing its precaution scaffold until
workers correct it as I ask for get safe scaffold to work
To check all safety gears PPE (personnel protective equipment) of workers and their tools if accepted or
not
Make all Types of training (fire fighting, PPE, Unsafe location and condition …)
Doing hard work in many shutdown cases where all said above may exist in the same day
Trying to make first aids for injuries until they go to hospital
To achieve the emergency plan procedure or fire drill of the owner
