Function
Provides a direction and focus to the achievement of the Company's goal of zero incidents and objectives by assisting the management of the company in developing, facilitating and leading the implementation of the Company's HSE Management System.
Tasks and Duties:
 Develop and update policies, influence management at all levels to embrace and implement the requirements of HSE programs, and to include specific HSE goals' in their overall business plans.
 Identify the legal and client HSE requirements and obtain necessary permissions for the new set ups
 Manage subcontract HSE issues to align common goals and objectives with those of client
 Establish, maintain and measure the Company's HSE performance against established standards and facilitate the process of building employee ownership of the HSE programs and procedures.

• Led a team of 10 Safety Officers and Firemen to ensure high standards of health and safety for 3 offshore oil/gas production and processing platforms employing circa 900.
• Developed integrated work permit system for entire Western Offshore

1.Identify and draft HSE initiatives with the focus on execution and KPIs
