1. Responsible for managing strategic and operational planning of warehouse operations.
2. Ensure that partners understand and accept the company guidelines and requirements for all warehouses operations.
3. Manage on-going partner relationships
4. Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all warehouses operations
5. Manage the relations with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities
6. Manage, track, analyze and communicate key performance indicators.
7. Responsible for all warehouses operations and support across all distribution channels.
8. Drives the design, development, implementation and management of warehouse solutions for Customer.
9. Manage, prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
10. Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.

1. Supervise daily operations for
a) Commercial warehouse.
b) Fixed assets (office equipment).
c) Corporate warehouse.
d) MISP stock.
e) Packaging for commercial products.

2. Manage our partner’s agreement and negotiation for prices; besides reviewing their performance to meet organizational goals.
3. Follow up weekly distribution to more than 68 branches all over Egypt.
4. Discuss the annual budget and optimize operations to save cost.
5. Motivate staff to achieve department objectives.
6. Set, preview and evaluate performance of warehouse staff.
7. Maintain the best customer experience to keep the customers internal and external relay on our service

: Maintain inventory accuracy using the following tools and methods:
1. Online base transaction registry using ERP developed by Oracle.
2. Maintain ABC cycle count.
3. Perform semi annual period inventory before financial physical count.
: Optimize Economic Order Quantity "EOQ".
: Enhance Inventory System Functionality Through Custom Reporting.
: Manage packing activities.
: Develop new packing suppliers.
: Search for Supply chain providers.
: Managing packing of products:
• Create BOM.
• Follow up material deliveries.
• Design production line.
• Create production plan.
• Follow up production and manage workers.
• Ensure fulfilling sales plan.
• Follow up product delivery orders.
• Make production analysis.
• Analysis production capacity per day and per production line.
• Analysis scraps rates and reasons.
