 Prepared a 5-year business plan of the Joint Venture established by GEMS and Hassana, the investment arm of GOSI, through consolidating the results of the business plan of Maarif Group, the largest private school network in KSA that is acquired recently by the JV, and the feasibility studies of the other planned projects.
 Visited schools, that represent a potential investment opportunity, through acquisition or leasing, and participating in the evaluation process through collecting the required information and:
o Preparing a financial analysis report of the past performance and calculate the prevailing profitability, solvency, and activity ratios;
o Building a financial model that forecast the future performance, considering:
 The expected increase in the operating cost to fulfil GEMS requirements;
 The estimated CapEx required for the refurbishment;
 The expected increase in the revenues represented in the increase of the enrollment and tuition fee;
 In the case of acquisition, the acquisition cost is estimated using the Relative Valuation Technique (EBITDA Multiple), while in the case of leasing, the leasing cost is estimated, through negotiating the landlord, and considered in the operating cost of the project.
