1-MIGATO. (Greece Ladies Shoes and accessories Brand) 14 boutiques, located in all leading malls across 5 countries in GCC markets.
2-Kas Australia (Home linen multi brand) 4 outlets in Qatar
3-Rochenoire (Fashion multi Brand) 3 outlets in Qatar
4_ Marella (Italian ladies brand) 1 outlet in Abudhabi

• Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, sell through, seasonal demands to formulate a buying practice in line with consumer demography/store demands/market change for GCC Boutiques (Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and Oman)
• Planning the Business Plans for new stores, yearly budgets, OTB and Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Looking for new suppliers/Brands to maximize the sales following the market trend
• Negotiate the contracts to get more benefits from the suppliers
• Maintain the existing contracts to maximize the profit.
• Execute the buying strategy & budget to deliver sales, margin and stock plan.
• Analyze and undertake sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels across select brands.
• Undertake assortment planning for each store based on past sales trend.
• Allocate season stocks across store locations based on past sales trends.
• Control the rotation of the merchandise between branches and countries.
• Negotiate with supplier on product pricing, payment terms, cost of freight, and the extent of their involvement in advertising and promotions, to decide on placing a purchase order with the supplier for the concerned product
• Ensure timely delivery of merchandise and follow up with principles and distribution center so to adhere to deadlines and to prevent cancellation of orders if deadlines are not met as per agreement.
• Creating and planning the promotions for each discount season.
• Support the promotional activities in the store and ensure the merchandise is available in time and in right quantities.
• Ensures effective and ongoing communication with Operations by:
- Responding to specific store requirements/visits
- Communicating regularly with store staff regarding store needs
- Focusing activities on store requirements for revamps and new store openings
- Guiding stores where relevant on layout, merchandise presentation principles, etc
• Ensures effective and ongoing communication with Brand principals:
- Ensuring the timely placement of orders.
- Ensuring OTB commitments are communicated timely.
- Ensuring all aspects of forward strategic and seasonal planning are executed and communicated timely.
• Coordinate with principals/ licensees for store supplies & promotional material
• Undertake brand related training for operations team on a regular basis
• Coordinate with marketing manager - area operations to implement customer surveys.
• Coordinate with operations team to understand customer preferences & buying behavior.
• Coordinate with franchisors for branding and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with franchisors for duty refunds related to shipments of specific brands.
• Coordinate with Logistic department to track merchandise ordered.
