Reporting directly to the Senior Buyer, assist with vendor selection and purchasing material with compression for all products Process all purchase orders for GRC composite, Steel Fabrications, Maintenance and Stores Departments, averaging total monthly procurement expenses of AED 6million. Assist the Buyer on special projects focused on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies. Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs Research new materials for design and cost savings Establish new relationships with suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work Handled many prestigious projects in the region of Abu Dhabi, Dubai & other part of UAE.
