Supporting the development of new, and maintenance of, existing clients.
Participating in and contributing to client meetings
Building and maintaining a network of contacts specifically in the UAE, KSA and Kuwait.
meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;
presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
writing client reports;
monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
undertaking administration tasks; (creative briefs, job orders, quotation requests..)
Leading and participating in strategy devlopment initiatives for clients and new business
presenting research-strategy findings in client and new business meeting
monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends relevant to client business
representing the client in all advertising communicationsthrough consumer research and dialogue with primary research specialists, account managers and creatives
Adapting the quality control system in the departments and branches
planning for the exhibitions and events
preparing for the opening of many branches
dealing with suppliers for the occasional and seasonal promotions
watching and monitoring:
the price level
min-max stock quantity
daily-weekly-monthly sales report
non moving items
market prices and promotions
