* QP Project (Onshore): Fiscal Metering Facilities for PS2/PS3 Crude Oil - Qatar
Adding new Fiscal Metering facility, to measure the flow rate of crude oil from PS-2 and PS-3 Offshore
Platforms to Halul Isl and new four STF Dewatering Tanks. Project value $ 150 M USD.
* QP Project (Onshore): Strategic Petroleum Products Storage Facilities. - Qatar
Qatar Petroleum Refinery (QPR) new Strategic Petroleum Products Storage (SPPS) facilities, which are
intended to be operational by 2018, allow for sufficient Stocks to be available in case of production upsets of
refined products due to planned or unplanned shutdowns. Project value $ 200 M USD.
* KJO Project (Offshore): Installation of Integrated Well Jackets IWJ-8 & IWJ-9 - KSA
KJO aims for Sustainable Capacity of 300MBCD Khafji Crude and 50 MBCD Hout Crude by providing two well
Integrated Jackets that. Each jacket shall be provided with twelve slots for drilling new producer and/or
injection wells. New wells are required to be drilled before year 2016 to achieve MSC target over next 5Y
(2014-2018) and thus requesting new drilling slots (Jackets) to be available at dedicated locations near to
areas of Khafji Field. Project value $ 100 M USD.
* QP Project (Offshore): Produced Water Disposal System at Halul Island. - Qatar
Installation of new adequately sized Produced Water Disposal (PWD) which will be redesigned for 100, 000
BPD of Produced Water at 30 Barg injection pressure to injection wells platform via subsea Pipeline. Project
value $ 90 M USD.
* KJO Project (Offshore): Subsea Pipelines & New Risers on Platforms - KSA
KJO is producing oil and associated gas from Khafji oilfield located in the Arabian Gulf, 40 km off the coast of
Al-Khafji city, Crude oil gathered at Y1B and Y2B Flow Stations after de-gassing at the Gas-Oil separators is
transported to onshore through 36” Khafji Crude Transmission line. The existing pipelines are not sufficient to
capture the substantial current and future liquid productions rates. Offshore production will face bottlenecks
and eventually the target production rates will not be achieved. This FEED is to design (23) risers in Y1B and
Y2B, in addition to two subsea pipelines which will be sufficient to provide adequate liquid handling capacity for
the 2015-2018 production Plan. Project value $ 90 M USD.

Lagan - Tomore Project (Shetland Gas Plant) for Total E&P UK
Gas plant, located on Shetland, will facilitate the transportation of gas from Total’s Laggan and Tormore fields,
which lie 125km North-West of the Shetland Islands, to St Fergus Gas Terminal in Aberdeenshire. In excess
of £500 million by Total E&P UK Limited (Total), Petrofac will develop the 500 million standard cubic feet per
day gas processing plant, with first gas expected from the project in Q2 2014.
Responsibilities include:
* Construction management, subcontractor Lamprell modular fabrication yard for packaged, pre-assembled
and modularized units. Process modules fabrication and construction activities, allowed us to ensure that the
project is undertaken on a cost-competitive basis whilst maintaining industry leading safety and quality
standards delivering a total of 45 modules.
* Owner of closeout report for HAZOP & HAZID actions for implementation and close out.
* Develop lessons learnt session material from all Petrofac previous projects
* Prepare KPI for monitoring performance and sustain the project schedule
* Manage design change notice and change orders
* Monitor the deliverables progress versus the schedule

definition through detailed design to construction management and lead engineering disciplines design teams
(80 Engineer and Designer) to provide quality project deliverables.
* Performed assessment, & rehabilitation for GUPCO/BP, for the following Offshore Platforms: Ramadan,
Morgan, & October (including risers for offshore pipelines).

Two Desalination Multi Effect Desalination (MED) UNITS - M102 G1&2. By VEOLIA with Design Capacity of
Net 1.5 US MGD. Project value $ 40 M USD
* Borouge Project (Onshore): New Ethane Spheres in Borouge-3 Plant - UAE
Borouge EU plant is receiving Ethane supply from GASCO which shows 5 to 10% variations in flow rate over a
day. It is intended to install 2700 MT capacity sphere so that when Borouge unit is running and gas supply is
fluctuating, ethane can be supplied to EU plants from ethane sphere till gas supply from GASCO resumes to
normal, Project value $ 70 M USD.
* QP Project (Offshore): Utilities Replacement for OffShore NFA Complex - Qatar
NFA offshore platforms is being operated by QP and is located offshore Qatar. The objective of this project is
to carry out FEED to asses, demolish, and replace existing Utility System throughout all NFA Complex (8
platforms), Project value $ 30 M USD.
* GASCO Project for Taweelah Gas Compressor Station, Abu Dhabi, UAE
The FEED was carried out for the new proposed facility comprising of four compressor trains,
associated utility and offsite systems.
The new Compressor Station facility will be interfaced with the following:
- 36” Jump-Over line of MAQTA/ Taweelah pipeline downstream of H2S Removal unit at KM-42
- TRANSCO / ETISALAT / Urban planning / Municipality / ADDC (Water / Electricity) / Dolphin Energy /
Department of Transportation (DOT) / CICPA / Defense / Civil Defense / Aviation authority
As the Interface Manager, I was responsible for external Interfaces, I regularly visited the above mentioned
entities, and had performed all communication, until all required permits for work and approvals for EPC
phase has been granted for construction (NOC’s NOIs, LDN, WDN, etc, )

Projects I supervised:
Zuidwending, Facilities for Natural Gas Buffer Storage in Four Salt Caverns, Netherlands - The project
includes the above ground compression and expansion facilities and the connections to well heads for gas
buffer storage in a four salt caverns which have a geometric volume of 500, 000m3 each operated between 90
& 180 bar.
Benzene Mitigation Spent Caustic Oxidation Project, KSA - Client: Sabic, JV Exxon Mobil (Kemya),
Reduction of emission levels of waste water handling facilities, stripper, oil separator, heat exchanger, tanks
and clarifier were the main equipment used to process the waste water collected from Kemya plant.
Nagarjuna Cuddalore Refinery, Tamil Nadu, India - This project is relocating a refinery from Germany to
Cuddalore site located at the east coast of India, revamping & adding new process units, off sites and Utilities.
NKNK, Cracking Heaters E-BA-118 and E-BA-119, Russia - Two new heaters, part of an expansion and
upgrading program of NKNK’s Ethylene plant. NKNK wants to increase the current capacity of approximately
495kTa to 600kTa. Besides the supply of the heaters the project scope also comprises a large transfer line.
Responsibilities included:
Assigned to The Hague office (Netherlands) to support Engineering & Procurement. Performed the Lead
role for above projects, during FEED, then lead Project in Cairo office for Detailed & Construction phases.
